Thomas Jefferson Law Will Likely Struggle to Regain ABA Approval

Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego may have a hard time coming back from its recent loss of accreditation from the American Bar Association.

The school lost its accreditation for failing to have sufficient resources for adequate faculty and staff, the program of legal education, and admissions policies, according to the ABA Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar.
