Three More Exits at Kenyon & Kenyon — No Word From Colbert

One of our sources recently asked us whether we’d heard any updates on the plans of the merger-exploring law firm Kenyon & Kenyon.

No official word yet from the firm’s managing partner Edward Colbert, who we reached out to this afternoon, but news hit earlier today that brought us a story about its latest round of partner exits.

Patrick Birde, who chaired Kenyon & Kenyon’s life sciences and chemical patent prosecution practice, has joined Fox Rothschild, alongside partner Deborah Somerville and associate Christopher Glynn. Glynn has become a partner at Fox.
