Troutman Sanders has hired former Dorsey & Whitney partner Adam F. Jachimowski for its finance and restructuring team in New York.
Jachimowski is the latest in a string of Dorsey & Whitney partners to decamp to Troutman Sanders’ in New York. Corporate partner Steven Khadavi and securities partner Genna Garver made the switch in April and May, respectively.
Troutman Sanders’ New York office has added nearly a dozen partners in the past 15 months, according to the firm.
