United Hit with Another In-Flight Sex Assault Suit (3)

United Airlines Inc. has been hit with another lawsuit alleging it didn’t do enough to protect a woman from a drunken male passenger’s sexual assault.

The Oct. 30 complaint filed by Katie Campos in Illinois Circuit Court is at least the second against the Chicago-based airline in the last two weeks and the third against a major airline in the last month.

The man seated next to Campos on Flight 1683 in 2017, “smelled intensely of alcohol,” sexually harassed her and “thrust his hand between her legs and forcefully grabbed her inner thigh and crotch” several times, the complaint states. ...
