  • Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz advised real estate investment trust Prologis, Inc. on its $9.7 billion deal to acquire Liberty Property Trust. Morgan Lewis & Bockius advised Liberty, which specializes in leasing warehouses and logistics facilities to corporate customers. The deal, including debt, is worth about $12.6 billion and is the latest sign of a hot market for warehouse space leased to online vendors. (Liberty Property Trust) (BN)
