- A shoe company made famous by Meghan Markle, Rothy’s Inc., said its Arent Fox lawyers have resolved its intellectual property infringement lawsuit that accused a competitor of making ballet flats too similar to its shoes. The confidential settlement enjoins OESH Shoes, a unit of JKM Technologies, LLC, from manufacturing, marketing, and selling the “accused” shoe after December 31, 2019, according to Rothy’s.
