Wake Up Call: Gibson Dunn’s Olson Leads New Attack on CFPB

• The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s single-director structure is under attack in a federal court again, and like the last time it’s a Gibson Dunn team led by former U.S. Solicitor General Ted Olson making the constitutional challenge.
