Wake Up Call: Law Firm Sexual Harassment Case was Silenced by NDA

• Non-disclosure agreements can prevent sexual harassment cases from seeing the light of day. That happened when a first-year associate at a Manhattan law firm brought her complaint of sexual harassment to the managing partner, reports Rebecca Greenfield of Bloomberg News. The associate’s male boss, the source said, had told her to take off her clothing.
