• Mayer Brown plans to link up with Beijing-based Jingtian & Gongcheng as that firm expands to Hong Kong,in the latest example of a Chinese law firm cooperating with an international one. Mayer Brown’s Asian entity will provide office space and other resources, while Jingtian provides seconded personnel. The arrangement needs regulatory approval. (The Lawyer)
