Wake Up Call: Supreme Court Arbitration Ruling Hits Uber Drivers

• Employers can force their workers to go through arbitration to pursue legal claims against them, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in a 5-4 vote. The decision is a big victory for companies that already require job seekers to sign agreements giving up their right to go to court or combine in class lawsuits or grievances in case of a dispute.
