Wake Up Call: U.S. Bankruptcy Watchdog Wants Milbank Kicked Off Retailer’s Case

  • Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy should be barred from representing children’s apparel retailer Gymboree in its bankruptcy case because the firm has also represented potential adversaries, including Bank of America and Goldman Sachs, a federal bankruptcy watchdog said.
