  • Accenture, advised by Winston & Strawn, got a Maryland federal judge to throw out a former in-house lawyer’s age discrimination suit. The judge ruled that the 63-year attorney lost his job at the tech consulting giant because of poor communication skills, aggressive emails to his female boss, and unwillingness to get with the company’s reorganization plan.
