Workflows: Government Contracts Partner Rejoins Littler

Lance Gibbons rejoined labor and employment law firm Littler as a shareholder in Washington after spending three years at NT Lakis. Gibbons’ practice includes representing federal contractors in compliance matters.

“The regulatory environment that federal contractors find themselves in is still challenging,” Gibbons told Bloomberg Law. “To the extent that the administration has talked about deregulation in general, we haven’t seen that” in the context of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs.

Among other concerns, companies are focused on analyzing their compensation data, he said.

Employment attorney Kristin Ahr, a counsel at Broad and Cassel in West Palm Beach, Fla., was appointed to The Florida Bar Standing Committee on Professionalism. Broad and Cassel combined with Nelson Mullins Aug. 1.

Outten & Golden added Amy F. Shulman in New York as a counsel in the individual practice group.

Maureen Rouse-Ayoub joined Varnum in Novi, Mich., as a counsel on the labor and employment team.
